1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using strevius.com, purchasing any of our products or services, or enrolling in any program offered by Strevius, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before proceeding.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or purchase our services. Strevius reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. About Strevius
Strevius is a digital studio operating at strevius.com. We produce and operate the following services and brands:
- Story Brew — a storytelling and content media brand offering publications, newsletters, and subscriptions
- Study Brew — an online education platform offering courses, learning materials, and memberships
- English Teaching — live and recorded online English language instruction
- Founder Coaching & Consulting — one-on-one and group coaching programs for founders, creators, and entrepreneurs
References to “Strevius,” “we,” “our,” or “us” in these Terms apply to all of the above services and brands collectively.
3. Eligibility
By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are accessing our services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
You also represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms and that your use of our services does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.
4. Services and Delivery
a. Digital Products (Story Brew, Study Brew)
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased digital product, course, or membership. Delivery is typically immediate or within 24 hours via email or through our platform. Strevius reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any digital product with reasonable notice.
b. English Teaching
English teaching sessions are scheduled directly between you and Strevius. Confirmed sessions are binding. If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours notice. Strevius reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide reasonable notice when doing so.
c. Founder Coaching and Consulting
Coaching and consulting engagements are outlined in a separate agreement or intake form at the time of purchase. The scope, duration, and deliverables of each engagement are defined in that agreement. These Terms apply in addition to any such agreement.
5. Payments and Billing
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Strevius uses Stripe to process all payments securely. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the amount stated at checkout.
For subscription-based products (such as Study Brew memberships or Story Brew subscriptions), you authorize recurring billing on the cycle stated at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Strevius reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing active subscriptions until the next renewal cycle, and you will be notified in advance.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on:
- Digital courses, lessons, or learning materials (Study Brew)
- Newsletter or content subscriptions (Story Brew)
- Downloadable resources or recorded content
- Coaching or consulting sessions that have already taken place
Exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of Strevius in cases of documented technical failure on our end that prevented access to a purchased product. To request an exception, contact us at legal@strevius.com within 7 days of purchase with a detailed description of the issue.
For subscription products, you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, but you will retain access until the end of your current billing period and will not receive a prorated refund for unused time.
7. Intellectual Property
All content published or produced by Strevius — including but not limited to written articles, course materials, coaching frameworks, newsletters, videos, graphics, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Strevius and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use purchased content for your own personal or professional development. You may not:
- Reproduce, copy, or redistribute any Strevius content without written permission
- Share login credentials or provide others with access to paid content
- Use our content for commercial purposes without a licensing agreement
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content from our platforms
Any unauthorized use of Strevius intellectual property may result in immediate termination of your access without refund and may be subject to legal action.
8. User Conduct
By using our services, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and lawful manner. You must not:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users, students, or Strevius staff
- Submit false or misleading information during enrollment or coaching intake
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platforms or systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or services
Strevius reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these conduct standards, without refund.
9. Coaching and Educational Disclaimer
The coaching, consulting, and educational content provided by Strevius is intended for informational and developmental purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, psychological, or medical advice.
Results from coaching or educational programs vary by individual. Strevius makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, revenue, business growth, or career advancement resulting from participation in any of our programs.
English teaching sessions are conducted for language learning purposes and are not accredited academic programs unless explicitly stated otherwise.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website and content may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. These links are provided for convenience and informational purposes only. Strevius does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service.
Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service’s own terms and policies.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Strevius and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Strevius in the 90 days preceding the claim.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Strevius does not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes in advance.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. As Strevius serves a global audience, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing formal legal action.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction where Strevius is formally registered, once established.
14. Termination
Strevius reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all of our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, particularly in cases of violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to access paid content may be revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — shall remain in effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Strevius regarding your use of our services. They supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the parties.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
